Founded to meet the growing demand for respectful and inclusive work environments, The Dignified Workplace Nepal (DWN) began with a clear mission: to ensure every employee feels valued, safe, and respected.
DWN is a first-of-its-kind pilot initiative in Nepal, delivering workplace education sessions tailored for client organizations. While numerous initiatives focus on school-going girls in Nepal, workplace awareness on these critical issues remains limited. Building on the momentum of the WASHPaLS initiative, we are committed to supporting Nepal's workforce by ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed for a safe, healthy, and dignified work environment.
Dignified Workplace Nepal (DWN) was established in 2020, during the COVID-19 era, when awareness around health, hygiene, and workplace well-being became more critical than ever.
Since then, we've partnered with organizations of all sizes—from startups to global enterprises—helping them build cultures rooted in dignity and equity. Our evidence-based programs consistently lead to stronger engagement, lower turnover, and enhanced workplace morale.

At our core, we believe dignity is the foundation of a thriving organization. Our team works holistically, combining ethical leadership, open communication, and inclusive strategies to foster environments where everyone can grow.

We work toward building workplaces where diversity is embraced, every voice is heard, and employee well-being is prioritized. By embedding respect into everyday practices, we support sustainable growth, innovation, and lasting impact.
